With the end of 2019 began his active work the new portal of the Russian Association of fuzzy systems and soft computing https://softcomputing.ru.

the Activities of this portal is aimed at:

the
• operational information and coverage of events held under the auspices of the Russian Association of fuzzy systems and soft computing (RASPS);

the revitalization of RASPS, establish closer contacts and joint efforts of scientific teams, both domestic and foreign scientists, specialists and students involved in research and development in the field of fuzzy systems, soft computing and intelligent technologies;

• the provision of suitable sites for conducting case conferences (including on-line), roundtables and webinars, including the full range of services for submitting, reviewing and editing articles and reports (like system, EasyChair);
• the implementation of open-source projects, providing intelligent services and information and analytical support in the field of fuzzy systems, soft computing and intelligent technologies;
• the provision of educational services for the acquisition of knowledge, skills and the development of practical skills in the field of research, design and application of intelligent systems and technologies;
• formation, constant updating and provision of an open access database of publications (books, monographs, articles, reports, educational materials) for the activities of RASPS;

the Main sections of the Portal are:

• «news” – provides a constantly updated topical news of success in the field of fuzzy systems, soft computing and intelligent technologies (Fig.1.)

“About the Association” – provides information about the goals and objectives of RASPS, the members of the Board, about the history and ways from the Foundation to the present time (Fig.4)

the Portal creates an opportunity to work through personal accounts, which, depending on the provided authorization, you can “maintain” the database of users, to carry out the moderation of the conference (submission, reviewing and editing of articles and papers) (see Fig.5–6), create newsletters, monitor and manage the various activities (Fig. 7).

Created in real time within the Portal «Platform mining and modeling of complex systems and processes” is easy to use, intuitive interface and a set of intelligent services to build, research and the use of hybrid fuzzy models.

an Example of using the demo Platform for the development, learning fuzzy cognitive maps and simulation with their use of system dynamics is illustrated in Fig. 8.

in the near future In the framework of the established Platform it is planned to develop a set of intelligent services to a full cycle of work with fuzzy ontologies (from the creation of ontological models of the subject areas to intelligent search and inference ontology).

currently, the Portal supports two languages: Russian and English. In the future, to intensify international interaction and cooperation will significantly expand the “language” Portal.

the Portal was formed and its activities are supported by a group of young researchers and enthusiasts research laboratory “Intelligent technology and high performance computing” of the branch of the "NIU "MEI" in the Smolensk, headed by Professor Borisov Vadim Vladimirovich.
